Victim Struck Near Southside Park

A tragic accident occurred on August 21 in Sacramento, California, when 50-year-old Nathan Christopher Scott Thomas was struck by a suspected drunk driver at Ninth and T streets near Southside Park. Thomas was returning home from work when the crash happened just before midnight. He was hospitalized in critical condition and later died from his injuries on September 15.
