49-Year-Old Omar Zacarias Killed in Bakersfield, CA Accident

One killed, another victim also dies in hit-and-run crash at Harris Road intersection

A tragic accident occurred on April 23 in Bakersfield, California, when 49-year-old Omar Zacarias was killed in a multi-vehicle crash at Harris Road and Summer Springs Drive. Authorities said a speeding Toyota rear-ended a Ford SUV, causing a secondary collision with a Honda. Zacarias died at the scene, and another victim, Silvia Reyes, was also killed.
