Woman dies after semi-truck collision on State Highway 302

A tragic accident occurred on May 28 in Ector County, Texas, when 49-year-old Kimberly Kay Kennedy was involved in a collision with a semi-truck on State Highway 302 near West Yukon Avenue. Authorities said a Peterbilt truck failed to yield while making a turn and struck Kennedy’s Kia Sportage. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
