49-Year-Old Kevin L. Lewis Dies in Brinnon, WA Accident

Motorcyclist dies after fiery DUI crash on Highway 101

A tragic accident occurred on May 4, near Brinnon, Washington, when 49-year-old Kevin L. Lewis was killed in a motorcycle crash. Lewis was riding along U.S. Highway 101 at approximately 7 p.m. when a GMC C1500 truck, driven by 59-year-old Russell S. Mikeal, attempted a U-turn, pulling into the northbound lane. Lewis collided with the truck’s front driver side tire, causing both vehicles to become engulfed in flames after coming to rest in a southbound ditch. Mikeal was arrested for DUI and vehicular homicide. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
