49-Year-Old Miles Heagy Injured in Redding, CA Accident

Crash involving SUV and semi-truck leaves truck driver hurt

A tragic accident occurred on May 6 in Redding, California, when 49-year-old Miles Heagy was injured in a suspected DUI-related crash. The incident took place around 7:55 p.m. near the Hilltop Drive overpass. According to Redding police, a 68-year-old woman lost control of her SUV, which crashed through a fence and guardrail, eventually slamming into Heagy’s semi-truck. Heagy was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries. The woman, found to be intoxicated, suffered minor injuries and was arrested.
