A tragic accident occurred on June 26 in San Bernardino, California, when 49-year-old Jason Rowland was killed after his Vespa scooter was struck by a Subaru Outback at the intersection of Highland and Del Rosa avenues at about 2:30 p.m. Authorities said Rowland was pronounced dead at the scene.
