A tragic accident occurred on April 5 in Long Beach, California, when 49-year-old Heaven Hooper was killed after being struck by a Toyota Tacoma at Ninth Street and Fashion Avenue. The driver fled the scene following the collision. Hooper was transported to a hospital, where she later died from her injuries. Authorities continue investigating.
