A tragic accident occurred on July 3 in Lewis County, Washington, when 48-year-old Victor Ruiz was killed in a two-vehicle crash near Interstate 5 Exit 59 around 4:20 p.m. Authorities said Ruiz was merging onto southbound I-5 when a Ford F-150 allegedly failed to negotiate a curve and struck his vehicle.
