A 42-year-old woman was tragically killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Seneca Avenue. 48-year-old Scott Carlson faces murder and manslaughter charges in connection with the death. He is accused of driving the vehicle that hit the woman and fleeing the scene. He was charged with second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
