Man dies in wrong-way head-on crash on State Highway 121

A tragic accident occurred on June 7 in Fort Worth, Texas, when 48-year-old Justin Blackburn was involved in a head-on collision on State Highway 121 near the Sylvania Avenue exit. Authorities said a Nissan traveling the wrong way struck Blackburn’s Toyota Tacoma. Both drivers died at the scene from blunt force injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
