48-Year-Old Benjamin Douglass Killed in Lake Elsinore, CA Accident

Man struck by suspected impaired driver on South Grand Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on Feb. 22 in Lake Elsinore, when 48-year-old Benjamin Douglass was killed after being struck by a vehicle on South Grand Avenue. Authorities said the driver, a 51-year-old Murrieta man, was allegedly impaired and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Douglass was pronounced dead at the scene.
