Keilah Coyle was traveling south when she crossed over the centerline, and crashed into a GMC van. Dominguez, and a 53-year-old woman, both occupants of the van, were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Coyle was arrested on suspicion of alcohol intoxication. She faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and causing great bodily injury by driving under the influence.Dominguez's daughter has set up a GoFundMe fundraiser for his cremation and memorial.
