47-Year-Old Melyssa Cardaropoli Killed in Palmdale, CA Accident

Struck on Sierra Highway near Avenue E

A tragic accident occurred on October 19 in Palmdale, California, when 47-year-old Melyssa Cardaropoli of Rosamond was killed in a head-on collision. Around 12:05 a.m., a Chevrolet driven by a 29-year-old Palmdale man drifted into oncoming lanes on Sierra Highway, striking her Hyundai. Another person, aged 29, was charged with DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter. Cardaropoli died at the scene. Authorities are investigating.
