47-Year-Old Jason McCullough Killed in Hoopa, CA Accident

Collision occurred on State Route 96

A tragic accident occurred on October 31 in Hoopa, California, when 47-year-old Jason McCullough was struck and killed while walking along State Route 96 near Hostler Field Road around 1 a.m. According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2009 Volkswagen GLI traveling westbound collided with McCullough in the roadway. He sadly died at the scene from his injuries. Authorities have not yet determined whether impairment played a role, and the investigation is ongoing.
