47-Year-Old Hai Van Le Arrested in San Francisco, CA Accident

Suspect taken into custody following deadly pedestrian crash

A tragic accident occurred on October 26 in San Francisco, California, when a pedestrian was fatally struck in the 1800 block of Ocean Avenue. The driver, identified as 47-year-old Hai Van Le, fled the scene after the crash. San Francisco police later arrested Le near Shields Street. He faces multiple charges including gross vehicular manslaughter, DUI causing injury, and felony hit-and-run. The case remains under investigation.
