A tragic accident occurred on August 5 in San Jacinto, California, when 47-year-old Cynthia Medina was killed in a head-on collision on Ramona Expressway. Three others were hospitalized with injuries. The crash happened west of Sanderson Avenue in the afternoon. The investigation remains ongoing.
