47-Year-Old Brian Roberts Killed in Monterey County, CA Accident

Big Sur man dies after pedestrian collision

A tragic accident occurred on August 15 in Monterey County, California, when 47-year-old Brian Roberts was killed in a pedestrian accident on Highway 1. According to the California Highway Patrol, Roberts was walking west near Palo Colorado around 8:23 p.m. when a northbound Dodge coupe struck him. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Alcohol and drugs do not appear to be factors. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
