Tragic accident that occurred on May 28th in St. Paul, Minnesota. 46-year-old Tony Smith-El was tragically killed in a pedestrian-vehicle accident while walking on Lake Street-Marshall Avenue Bridge. He was rushed to Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, where Mr. Smith-El sadly passed away. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
