Speeding driver blamed for Vancouver crash; flees the scene

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, December 24 at around 6:10 PM in Vancouver Washington. 46-year-old Teiren Souken was injured in a multiple vehicle hit-and- run at the intersection of Fourth Plain Boulevard, and Highway 503. The crash occurred when a speeding Chevy Malibu slammed into a stopped vehicle at a red light. The crash triggered a chain reaction damaging four vehicles in total. The driver of the Malibu fled the scene. Ms. Souken was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The accident is under investigation by the Washington State patrol.
