46-Year-Old Samuel Hammond Injured In Woodland, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, March 21 at around 2 PM in Woodland, Washington. 46-year-old Samuel Hammond was injured when he was involved in a head on crash on Highway 503. Hammond was struck by 26-year-old Tessana Burkett when she crossed the centerline while traveling north. The impact caused Mr. Hammond’s vehicle to veer off the road, roll onto its side, and catch on fire. Mr. Hammond, and his passenger, were taken to PeaceHealth SW. Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
