Pedestrian struck and killed in hit-and-run on Interstate 5

A tragic accident occurred on January 13 in Yolo County, California, when 46-year-old Daniel Ray Markham was killed in a hit-and-run crash on northbound Interstate 5 near West Street. Authorities said Markham was struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene without stopping. He was found deceased in the center median. The crash remains under investigation.
