Dallas Street. He was struck by an oncoming silver or gray Mercedes E-Class without state license plates. Bikers in the Pride Ride tried to assist Mckinney and he was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead Investigators said that if the driver would have stopped and helped Mckinney, he would possibly still be alive.
