45-Year-Old Michael Smith Injured in Nacogdoches County, TX Accident

Driver hurt in two-vehicle crash at FM 941 and U.S. 59 intersection

A tragic accident occurred on April 18 in Nacogdoches County, Texas, when 45-year-old Michael Smith was injured in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of FM 941 and U.S. 59. Authorities said a Toyota Corolla failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by Smith’s GMC Canyon. He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two other individuals were killed. The investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
