Driver faces felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter charges

A tragic accident occurred on March 1 in Pleasant Hill, California, when 45-year-old Angelina Solis of Concord struck and killed a 41-year-old female bicyclist at Contra Costa and Taylor boulevards just before 1:50 a.m. Solis fled the scene but was later arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
