44-Year-Old Sylvia Lopez-Martinez Injured In Vacaville, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday January 10th in Vacaville, California. 44-year-old Sylvia Lopez-Martinez was injured when the vehicle that she was a passenger in collided with a semi-truck on Interstate 80. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the victim was traveling in a Toyota Sienna minivan that changed lanes to the left and then collided with the right rear of the trailer being towed by a Freightliner big rig, before traveling off the freeway and overturning several times. Lopez-Martinez was ejected and suffered severe injuries. She was taken to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
