Pickup truck overturns on State Route 78

A tragic accident occurred on August 28 in Ramona, California, when 44-year-old Arturo Armando Flores was killed in a pickup truck crash on State Route 78. Around 3:54 p.m., the truck swerved to avoid another vehicle east of Weekend Villa Road and overturned. Flores, a passenger, died at the scene. Authorities said the crash remains under investigation.
