Tragic accident that occurred on September 9 in Madison, Ohio.  43-year-old Shawn Koons was tragically killed after he was struck by a semi truck while standing outside his vehicle on the side of Interstate 71. Sadly, Koons died at the scene. Investigation into the accident is ongoing and active. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
