43-Year-Old Kimberly Williams Injured In Effingham, IL Accident

The accident remains under investigation

tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 6th in Effingham, Illinois. 43-year-old Kimberly Williams was injured when the vehicle she was a passenger in rear ended a vehicle on Interstate 57. She was traveling in a Dodge driven by 47-year-old Jamal Spears, when he failed to slow down, and hit a dump truck. Williams was taken to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. Another passenger was also injured in the crash. The accident remains under investigation, however Spears was cited for driving too fast for conditions. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims.
