Veteran struck by fleeing vehicle on West Frontage Road

A tragic accident occurred on March 6 in Alamo, Texas, when 43-year-old Ismael Alemán, a military veteran, was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash around 3:30 a.m. on the 1300 block of West Frontage Road near Alamo Rec and RV Park. Authorities said the driver, possibly in a 2020–2023 Nissan Rogue, fled the scene. Anyone with information is urged to call 956-787-1454.
