A tragic accident occurred on January 31 in San Bernardino, California, when 43-year-old Eric Munoz of Colton was struck and killed by a vehicle on the southbound Interstate 215 on-ramp near Inland Center Drive around 11:32 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
