43-Year-Old David Moreno Killed in Edinburg, TX Accident

Hit-and-run bicycle crash on North McColl Road

A tragic accident occurred on June 26 in Edinburg, Texas, when 43-year-old David Moreno was killed in a hit-and-run bicycle crash in the 2000 block of North McColl Road at about 1 a.m. Authorities said Moreno was struck from behind by a vehicle while riding southbound. A juvenile driver was later arrested in connection with the crash. The investigation remains ongoing. We send thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
