43-Year-Old Alejandro Gaytan Killed in Gaines County, TX Accident

The tragic collision happened Feb. 8 along CR 105

A tragic accident occurred on February 8 in Gaines County, Texas, when 43-year-old Alejandro Gaytan was fatally injured in a two-vehicle crash at CR 105 and CR 104. Two minors from Seminole ran a stop sign while traveling south on CR 105 and struck Gaytan’s westbound vehicle. He was transported to Seminole Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. A male passenger in his vehicle was seriously injured and taken to University Medical Center in Lubbock. Authorities continue to investigate.
