A tragic accident occurred on August 2 in Sacramento, California, when 43-year-old Ekaterina Putivtseva was fatally struck in a crosswalk by a hit-and-run driver. The incident happened early Saturday at Watt Avenue and Auburn Boulevard. According to CHP, the vehicle was traveling south when it hit her.
