42-Year-Old Robert Shires Killed in Florin, CA Accident

Struck on Stockton Boulevard

A tragic hit-and-run crash occurred on October 7 in Florin, California, when 42-year-old Robert Alan Shires from Sacramento was struck by a northbound vehicle on Stockton Boulevard at Florin Road. Shires was crossing east to west; the driver fled without stopping. He succumbed to injuries the next day. The suspect remains at large. CHP is investigating.
