42-Year-Old Jonathan Thomas Killed in Bell County, TX Accident

Two-vehicle collision on State Highway 36

A tragic accident occurred on June 19 in Bell County, Texas, when 42-year-old Jonathan Aaron Thomas was killed in a two-vehicle collision on State Highway 36 at about 10:30 a.m. Authorities said a tire detached from a trailer of another vehicle, causing Thomas to swerve into the opposite lane where his Mack truck collided with a Freightliner delivery truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver was seriously injured and hospitalized. The investigation remains ongoing. We send thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
