42-Year-Old Balele Bamoun Injured In Union Township, NJ Accident

The crash remains under investigation

 tragic accident that occurred on March 29th in Union Township, New Jersey. 42-year-old  Balele J. Bamoun was seriously injured after being struck by a passing motorist on Interstate 78.The victim was standing next to a Toyota Camry that was disabled in the left lanes of the express lanes when the driver of a Nissan Altima went right to avoid hitting the stalled car. As a result, the Nissan was rear-ended by a Honda CRV, which crashed into a concrete barrier. The Honda eventually struck another victim and the back of the Toyota, which then struck Bamoun. Bamoun was seriously injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. Investigation into the crash is ongoing, and no other information is available.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
