A tragic accident occurred on August 17 in Oildale, California, when 42-year-old Adam Clayton Guthrie was struck by a vehicle at North Chester Avenue and Roberts Lane. The crash happened around 8:47 p.m. Guthrie was transported to Kern Medical, where he tragically died from his injuries on August 20. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
