Ms. Norris was operating a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck northbound when a Hyundai SUV driven by an unidentified 18-year-old man traveled across the centerline and struck the Hyundai head-on. Teva Norris was fatally injured and declared dead at the scene. The 18-year-old was issued a citation for driving left of center.
