Pedestrian struck on Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach

A tragic accident occurred on February 7 in San Diego, California, when 41-year-old Qwente Bryant was fatally injured in a possible hit-and-run while walking on Garnet Avenue just east of Gresham Street around 2 a.m. He was transported to a hospital, where he later died. Authorities continue to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
