A tragic accident occurred on March 21 in Ontario, California, when 41-year-old Ernestina Contreras-Ascencion was killed after being struck by an unknown vehicle at Inland Empire Boulevard and East Shelby Street. She was transported to a hospital, where she later died from multiple blunt force injuries. Authorities have not released additional details and continue investigating.
