A tragic accident occurred on June 28 in Orange Cove, California, when a bicyclist was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Adams Avenue near Cove Avenue. The victim died at the scene.41 year-old Rafaela Cruz, of Orosi, was arrested and charged with felony gross vehicular manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
