A tragic accident occurred on April 15 in Tom Green County, Texas, when 40-year-old Lindsey Amanda Cole was struck by a tractor-trailer on RM 853 west of San Angelo. Authorities said she entered the travel lane and was hit by the eastbound truck. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was not injured and cooperated with investigators.
