Tragic accident that occurred on May 13th in Bloomington, California. 40-year-old Julio Ortiz lost his life after he was struck by a motorist at the intersection of Slover and Spruce Avenues in Bloomington. Ortiz was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. No additional information was immediately available. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the  victim.
