Melissa Morrow Killed In Spokane, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, January 10 at around 5 PM in Spokane, Washington. Melissa Morrow was sadly killed after she was hit by a truck driven by her boyfriend, 40-year-old Brice Billups. Troopers reported that Billups and his girlfriend had been at the shooting range when an argument ensued. Philip said he was trying to leave when his girlfriend came to the window of the truck. He struck Ms. Morrow as he drove off. Police reported that they found a shotgun in the rear window. The victim sadly died from the injuries. After performing a breath analysis test, his blood alcohol content proved to be above the legal limit in Washington. Phillips reportedly told officers “I know that I drove over her I know that”. Billups was charged with manslaughter and was booked in Spokane County Jail. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
