Tragic accident that occurred on March 26 in Barton, New York.  4-year-old Joanna VanOstrand was fatally injured when the tricycle she was riding was hit by a motor vehicle on Old Barton Road. Sadly, Joanna died at the site of the crash. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
