Tragic accident that occurred on March 10 in Kingston, New York. 39-year-old Silvano Garcia was tragically killed in an accident involving a CSX train near Winsupply at 1074 Morton Boulevard. Further details about the incident were not immediately available but the accident remains under investigation. Garcia’s family has started a GoFundMe to “transport his body to his final resting place in Mexico.” We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
