39-Year-Old Peterson Caldwell Injured In Ocean Park, WA Accident

Impaired driver causes crash on State Route 103

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, May 25 at around 6 PM in Ocean Park, Washington. 39-year-old Peterson Caldwell was one of two people injured in a two vehicle crash on State Route 103. The victim was traveling in a Toyota Prius when 37-year-old Amy Phelps attempted a left hand turn in her Jeep Liberty. Phelps failed to yield the right of way causing a collision. The victim was transported to Ocean Beach Hospital for treatment. The Washington State Patrol reported that Phelps was impaired at the time of the crash and charged her with two counts of vehicular assault. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
