39-year-old Markida Blassingame Killed In Piedmont, SC Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, June 24th at around 6:40 PM in Piedmont, South Carolina. 39-year-old Markida Nekendra Blassingame was tragically killed in a single vehicle crash on Piedmont Golf Course Road near Fairway Drive. Blassingame was a passenger in a westbound vehicle when it left the roadway, overturned, and struck a tree. Blassingame was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The reason for the crash is still under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
