A tragic accident occurred on May 11 in Fresno, California, when 39-year-old Luis Perez was killed in a hit-and-run crash. Perez was riding a bicycle at Belmont Avenue and Thesta Street around 6 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
