39-Year-Old Jose Solis Injured in Chelan, WA Accident

School Bus Driver Hurt in Head-On Collision

A tragic accident occurred on December 6 in Chelan, Washington, when 39-year-old Jose Solis was injured after a pickup truck veered across the centerline and struck a Cascade School District bus on U.S. Highway 97A. The crash happened around 7:12 a.m. while Solis was transporting the Cascade High School wrestling team. He was taken to Lake Chelan Health for treatment. One person died, and another was injured.
